When you start a Beachbody business, you join an existing Coach’s team. This person is called your upline sponsor. If you have an upline sponsor who is not too involved in their own business, you’ll have a hard time getting the support you need to learn and be a success in your own Beachbody business. The key is finding a Beachbody  upline sponsor that can help you succeed.

Here are some tips on what to look for in an upline Coach sponsor:

• Truly cares about YOUR dream and helping you achieve it!
• Willing to spend the time to teach you the basics of the business.
• Has a duplicate-able system in place that everyone on the team uses.
• Willing to teach you the leadership skills you need to grow your own team.
• Understands social media and Internet marketing and can teach you how to use these activities to lead to productivity in your business (optional).
• Communicates with you on a regular basis.
• Easy to contact for questions, 3-way calls with prospects, and other things that may come up.
• Is positive, productive, and time efficient.
• Has been in Success Club or some other level of achievement if they have been a Coach for a while. For example, if someone is in this for 1 year but never achieved any special recognition like Success Club, how will they teach that to you?

Wow! Team Beachbody is always coming with great ways to reward Coaches. In April and May, Beachbody created a Success Club iChallenge! The top 10 Coaches with the most Success Club point accumulated in April and May 2011 will win cool prizes:
