The new P90 workout is a completely new and effective approach for anyone who wants to get in shape. With each month is broken down into P90 segments or blocks, you’ll see progress as you go along and reach new goals. The workouts are between 25 minutes and 40 minutes. So it you are busy person, you can get your P90 workout done!

You’ll get great P90 results using your body most of the time. Some equipment is needed as follows:
Light dumbbell weight or resistance bands.
