Beachbody has lots of new fitness programs and nutritional products for you in 2017 and 2018. In this post, I’ll be sharing some of the newest programs like Shift Shop, and introducing you to new fitness programs coming in 2018 like 80 Day Obsession.
It’s been an incredible year for Beachbody with their innovative Beachbody on Demand – a cool way to stream your favorite fitness program and get access to new ones as they are released.
